When working within hotels we place great emphasis on pre-construction planning activities during the lead in period, we set our stall out to provide support in design development and the creation of benchmarks, mock-ups and samples of all products to be used on the project.
Hotel fit outs are often phased redevelopment schemes whilst the hotels are operational. We have an unprecedented, unrivalled ability for having the skillset to operate within the constraints of the Hotel’s requirements so that the guests’ experience is not diminished in any way, we become a ‘ghost contractor’.
We ensure that there is efficient return of rooms to occupancy and front of house facilities to maintain functionality.
