OUR REALITY
CONCEPTION
C&W Hospitality Projects was established in 2023 in order to provide a platform for some of the most uniquely talented individuals in the market. Once the team was formed, we were able to offer the level of quality and service akin to a significantly larger Principal Contractor while maintaining the client focused, user friendly approach.
STRATEGY
We consider best strategies from the outset and identify potential obstacles and future barriers to progress, addressing the minor pains at an early stage. We work in the best interests of the project, proactively. We will not hesitate to recommend changes to design, methodology, sequencing or functionality in the interests of whole life efficiency, quality, longevity, and performance of the space.
PHILOSOPHY
The foundations of our business are built on relationships and maintaining them over the long term, our “client for life” philosophy. Repeat business is a reflection of a job well done and, thankfully, we still work with the same clients we have since our inception and we will continue to grow on this basis.
SUCCESS
The key to the success at the end of any given project is based on what happens at the very start of the project. Finalising design, ensuring orders are placed considering lead-in periods, producing clear and logical programmes of work, etc. We have a management culture that ensures the team is focused from the very start (Pre-Construction) through to the very end of any given project.

Our approach is to keep things simple, straightforward, uncomplicated. We offer no hidden agendas, we do what we say we will and we are an open, honest company keen to build and maintain relationships on the principle of trust.
