The works comprised the complete internal refurbishment of the shopping centre whilst it was open and fully occupied.

Full strip out of tenant installed partitions, carpets, blinds, etc
All lighting was changed
Two multi storey lighting features were installed
All areas were redecorated and artwork designed and installed to promote local industry in Northampton
All floor coverings were removed and replaced with a vinyl covering
Externally all retail signage was replaced, and cleaned
Redecorations carried out
