DESCRIPTION
This project involved the fit out of a restaurant over the basement and ground floor at Unit 4/5 Trocadero for a Chinese ‘hot pot’ restaurant.

New MEPH services (new AHUs, chillers)
New kitchen area, private dining suites, a nail bar, as well as relevant front of house (promotional) and back of house (admin) areas
New shop fronts were installed to the main entrance on Coventry Street as well as a secondary entrance, accessible via the tube entrance
A new feature stair access was created from basement to ground
2nr new lifts installed
All new joinery installed on both levels (a large majority of which was manufactured in China and installed in the UK)
