DESCRIPTION
This project addressed the refurbishment of the entrance reception, auditorium, bar area, various meeting rooms and 79 room conversions. The accommodation is open 7 days a week 24 hours a day with the students arriving and leaving at all hours. The works had to be phased and separate sections worked on to not interrupt the students, maintain security and allow the building to operate as normal.
